Use it for unagi don (unadon), unagi nigiri sushi, grilled eel atop sushi rice, hitsumabushi, nagoya-style eel rice preparation, and eel rolls (unagi maki). They are pre-cooked. Thaw them and they are ready to plate.

Keep it frozen at -18°C. Thaw it in the fridge before you use it. Do not freeze it again once it has thawed. Allergens on the pack: Fish (eel), soy, wheat (gluten); verify pack for current allergen list. A home kitchen can keep the same pack and work through it over the week.
