Home and Business Deliveries
In line with the UAE Government's recent accountments, the following changes will be made to our 2023 delivery schedule :
Dubai : Monday to Saturday, 8AM - 5PM
Sharjah : Monday to Saturday, 8AM - 5PM
Ajman : Monday to Saturday, 8AM - 5PM
Abu Dhabi : Monday to Saturday, 8AM - 5PM
Al Ain : Thursday, 8AM - 5PM
Ras Al Khaimah : Discontinued
Fujeirah : Every Second Monday or Wednesday, 8AM to 5PM
**Our offices and business operations will be closed every Sunday and on Public Holidays.
We currently do not have deliveries in Ras Al Khaimah, Al Dhaid, Hatta, Umm Al Quwain, Liwa, Ruwais and in several areas in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Additionally, some other areas continue to be out of bounds for our vehicles and we will be unable to service these areas. Orders received from such locations will be automatically cancelled.
If customers from these regions do want to order products from us, we request you to please get in touch with our team.
Unexpected Delivery Delay
We usually face a large amount of orders on the weekend. This can affect delivery times in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. While most of the time our customers receive next day delivery, in rare situations delivery can take up to 2 days to receive.
Self Collection
Customers are welcome to order an hour in advance and visit our facilities for Self Collection. Our location details are as follows :

Placing Orders
We understand many customers would like to place late orders and for this reason we have extended the order cut off time to 6AM for same day delivery. Orders received after 6AM will be delivered to you the following day. There will be no deliveries made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
If you are looking for a very specific product, you are welcome to share your requests with us. We work with hundreds of vendors across the UAE and will do our best to source specific products you are looking for.
Delivery Charges
For orders below Dhs 150 in Dubai, a fee of Dhs 10 will be applied. Orders above Dhs 150 will be delivered Free of Charge within the delivery zones our logistics covers.
Due to Fuel Price increases, we have had to revise our delivery fees to other locations. Delivery Fees for areas away from our coverage zones will range from Dhs 20 - 25 depending on location.
Customers can also choose the option of Self Collection where there is no minimum order value. Customers are welcome to pick up orders from our facilities from Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM.
