Addtocart.ae is the official E-commerce initiative created and managed by Golden Grains Foodstuff Trading LLC, Trade License Number : 556446, Established on 26/04/2004. All online e-commerce orders will be Invoiced under Golden Grains Foodstuff Trading LLC, Dubai. All Government implemented Taxes, that include 5% VAT and 50% Excise Duty, will be collected and paid as part of returns filed by Golden Grains Foodstuff Trading LLC, Dubai.
Price Policy
All prices mentioned on Addtocart.ae are fixed and do not include 5% VAT - prices are subject to changes without prior notice. The price of our products can depends on various changes that include seasonality, harvest, market conditions, supply chain or due to unforeseen circumstances. Some prices will be adjusted as per final weight ex: eggs, chicken, cheese, fish etc.
Delivery
To benefit our customers, we are extending our cut off time to 6 AM - orders placed by this time will qualify for same day shipping within Dubai only. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day. Orders can not be cancelled after the cut-off time (8 PM). For more information regarding our Delivery schedule, please refer to our Shipping Policy. We do not deliver on Friday or Public Holidays.
Payment
Payment terms are Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer or Credit Card payment via Payment Link generated via Whatsapp. Customers can also request for Bank Transfer and Cheque payments, however the payments have to be received before orders are shipped. Our Bank Account details will never change and if you would like to use the mentioned methods of payments, please get in touch with our team.
Customers will not be charged until products are checked and confirmed by our internal team. In the case of Credit Card or Bank Transfer, if some items are out of stock, we will propose to deliver stock when available or to refund you the value of the missing items.
Orders above AED 2,000 order, will require a deposit of 50%.
Credit Card Payments
- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
- We, Addtocart.ae, will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
Handling
Every Addtocart.ae order will be shipped by Golden Grains Foodstuff Trading LLC. Golden Grains facilities are HACCP Certified and follow strict Dubai Municipality and Food Safety Guidelines. All customer orders will be transported in Dubai Municipality Approved vehicles that include Dry, Chilled and Freezer vehicles. We recommend customers follow High Food Safety standards and store received products in the right environments to prevent damages or spoilage.
