About Our Deliveries

Addtocart.ae is operated by GGFT | Golden Grains Foodstuff Trading LLC, a UAE-based food importer and distributor serving homes and businesses across the Emirates.

We operate our own delivery fleet to ensure products are transported safely and efficiently, including ambient, chilled, and frozen items.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 6:00 AM will generally qualify for same-day delivery within our active delivery zones.

Orders placed after 6:00 AM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

All orders are subject to product availability and delivery route scheduling.

Dubai

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sharjah

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Ajman

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Abu Dhabi

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Al Ain

Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Fujairah

Selected delivery days based on route scheduling.

Non-Serviceable Areas

We currently do not deliver to certain remote locations, including but not limited to:

• Ras Al Khaimah

• Hatta

• Al Dhaid

• Umm Al Quwain

• Liwa

• Ruwais

• Oman

• Certain remote areas of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

Orders received from locations outside our delivery network may be cancelled and refunded.

Our offices and delivery operations are closed on Sundays and UAE public holidays.

Delivery Charges

Dubai

• Orders above AED 150: Free Delivery

• Orders below AED 150: AED 10 Delivery Fee

Other Emirates

Delivery charges vary based on location and route availability. Fees typically range between AED 20 and AED 25.

The final delivery charge will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

While most orders are delivered on the same day or next business day, delivery times may occasionally be extended due to:

• High order volumes

• Weather conditions

• Traffic disruptions

• Public holidays

• Operational requirements

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 business days.

Chilled and Frozen Products

To maintain food safety standards, chilled and frozen products must be received by the customer or an authorized representative at the delivery location.

Once products have been successfully delivered and accepted, responsibility for proper storage and temperature control transfers to the customer.

Self Collection

Customers may choose to collect orders directly from our warehouse.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

Customers requiring delivery outside the UAE should contact our team before placing an order so that shipping options and costs can be arranged.
