About Boiron

Boiron frozen fruit purées from France

Boiron fruit purées are a pastry chef's standby in France and well beyond. We carry 1kg tubs of mango, passion fruit, raspberry, strawberry, morello cherry and coconut.

The purées are frozen, with 10% added sugar, so they're ready for mousses, sorbets, glazes, cocktails and mocktails. Order by 6am for same-day delivery, and Dubai delivery is free over AED 150. When will my order arrive?

Order before 6am and we'll deliver the same day where available. We deliver Monday to Saturday to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and delivery in Dubai is free on orders over AED 150. You can also collect from the GGFT warehouse in Dubai Investment Park 2, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
