How the range is chosen
The range comes from years of supplying hotel and restaurant kitchens in the UAE, not from a one-off container. Chefs are consulted before products are imported, so what lands here is what a kitchen will actually use again.
Most of it is imported from Japan. Some packs come from China, Singapore, and Thailand, where those brands produce them. The test is the same either way: it has to work in a UAE kitchen.
