Returns & Refund Policy

At Addtocart.ae, we strive to ensure that all products are delivered in excellent condition. Due to the nature of food products, our returns policy differs from that of general retail stores.

Returns

We offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened.

• The item must be in its original sealed packaging.

• The item must be in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

To request a return, please contact us at info@addtocart.ae within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• An incorrect item

• A missing item

• A product with a quality issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened products

• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging

• Perishable food items

• Chilled products

• Frozen products

• Custom or special-order products

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

Frozen Products

Due to temperature-control and food safety requirements, all frozen product sales are final. Frozen products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Addtocart.ae.
