Ordering, delivery & payment
How do I place an order on Addtocart.ae?
Search or browse for your product, choose the size or pack, and check out online. Order before 6 AM for same-day delivery within our UAE coverage zones (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi); orders after 6 AM arrive the next day. You don't need an account to buy, though signing in saves your details for faster reorders.
Do you deliver across the UAE, and how much is delivery?
Yes. Addtocart.ae delivers across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi (Monday–Saturday), Al Ain (Thursdays) and Fujairah (fortnightly). Delivery is free on orders over AED 150 within these zones; orders under AED 150 in Dubai carry a AED 10 fee, and outer areas AED 20–25. See our delivery schedule for full details.
What are your delivery cut-off times?
Order before 6 AM for same-day delivery within our coverage zones. Orders placed after 6 AM are delivered the next day. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes. Self-collection is available from the GGFT facility at Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP-2), Plot 597-2852, Dubai, Monday–Saturday, with no minimum order. Call +971 4 338 8216 or +971 50 643 0911 to arrange.
What payment methods do you accept?
