Zeelandia Carlex Spray - 600ML

Zeelandia Carlex spray, 600ml. A non-stick baking release in an aerosol, for trays, moulds and tins. Hotel bakeries and pastry kitchens use it so cakes and breads come out whole instead of stuck.

Spray cake moulds, rings and loaf tins. Use it on bread, viennoiserie and pastry tins, and on sheet pans, muffin trays and confectionery moulds. A thin film is the job. A puddle just fries.

The can is 600ml, a working bakery can. Store it cool and dry, away from heat and open flame. The can is an aerosol, so treat it like one. Do not leave it on the oven.
