Monin Lychee Fruit Mix Puree - 1LTR

Lychee fruit puree, 1 litre, from Monin in France, in the Fruit Mix range. It is floral and sweet, the way ripe lychee is, and it has real pulp, so a drink made with it has body. The syrup is the thin version. This is the thick one.

A lychee martini is the bar use. Asian-style smoothies, bubble tea, frappés, and milkshakes are the cafe uses. Mocktails that should taste of the fruit, not of a candy lychee, take a spoon of it. Pastry uses it in Asian desserts where lychee is the flavour and a syrup would disappear.

The litre is a working bottle for a blender or a cocktail well. At home it is a lot of lychee drinks, then into the fridge once open.
