Kiwi fruit puree, 1 litre, Monin Fruit Mix, made in Malaysia. Real pulp, sweet-tart kiwi, and a proper green colour. It is thicker than the kiwi syrup, which is the reason to buy the puree.

Smoothies and green smoothie bowls are the main use. Frappés and other blended green drinks take it. Mocktails such as kiwi and mint, or kiwi and strawberry, use it for fruit body. A kiwi margarita or mojito variant is the cocktail. Yoghurt, parfaits, and dessert sauces take the rest.
