Monin Blue Lagoon Zesty Orange Syrup - 1LTR

Blue Lagoon syrup, 1 litre, from Monin in France. The liquid is a bright blue, and the flavour is zesty orange, which is the whole point of the drink it is named for. A Blue Lagoon cocktail is this bottle, spirit, and lemonade.

Beach clubs and hotel pool bars pour it when the drink has to be seen from the next lounger. Kids' parties and event bars use the colour the same way, in sodas and lemonades. Cafes put a splash in a frappé when the menu needs one loud cold drink.

A litre is what a pool bar gets through on a hot weekend. At home it is a party bottle: one blue jug and you are done. Keep it cool, and refrigerate after opening.
