Surf clams, 1kg. This is a 1KG pack of frozen Hokkigai clam meat from Maruha Nichiro — the Japanese seafood giant, one of the world's largest seafood companies. "Hokkigai" is the Japanese name for Arctic surf clam, prized in sushi and sashimi for its sweet flavour, distinctive pink-and-white colouring, and firm-tender texture. Size grade M 51/60 indicates medium-grade with 51-60 pieces per kilogram.

Use them for Sushi and sashimi, Japanese sushi bar and omakase service, Sashimi platters and chirashi bowls, and Japanese seafood salads.
