Brew refreshing iced tea, classic milk tea, or even a soothing cup of steaming hot tea with High Tea's premium jasmine green loose leaf tea!  This popular variety of tea blends premium green tea leaves with aromatic jasmine flowers. The clean, grassy, vegetal flavor of the delicate green tea leaves mingles with fragrant, floral jasmine in each sip! When steeped, these tea leaves produce a caffeinated, delicate green tea with a light green color. This flavorful tea can be used to create a variety of beverages, making it perfect for diversifying your establishment's drink menu!

The loose leaf format of this product allows you to brew the freshest, most flavorful teas for your customers to enjoy! To use, heat 70 fl. oz. of water in a pot until it reaches 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn off the heat and add 50 grams of tea leaves to the pot, ensuring that each leaf is thoroughly soaked in water. Cover the pot and allow the leaves to steep for 8 minutes. Filter out the tea leaves with a cloth or mesh, then allow to cool to 150 degrees Fahrenheit before serving or transferring to a tea warmer. To make tea extract that's perfect for crafting milk teas or stronger tea beverages, use 50 grams of tea leaves per 50 fl. oz. of water.  This bulk supply of tea leaves is sure to keep your establishment in good supply! Each bag of tea will yield approximately (25) 16 fl. oz. servings of hot or iced tea, depending on the strength you brew your tea. For freshness, it's recommended to serve this tea within 4 hours of preparing.

RECIPE :

Jasmine Green Milk Tea (24 fl. oz.)
7 fl. oz. prepared High Tea Jasmine green tea (brewed with 1 gram of tea leaves per 1 fl. oz. of water)
4 tbsp. High Tea non-dairy creamer
1 fl. oz. High Tea fructose or cane sugar syrup or 1.5 fl. oz. High Tea golden cane sugar syrup

Combine tea, non-dairy creamer, and fructose / golden cane sugar syrup in a 24 oz. shaker cup and stir thoroughly. Top off shaker or cup with ice and shake. Add in your favorite bubble tea toppings & serve!
* To serve this drink hot, don't add ice. Serve immediately after stirring mixture
