American Fresh Coconut Milk, Thailand - 400ML

American Fresh coconut milk, a 400ml can. Coconut milk for cooking, for flavour and for a creamy body in the pot. Thai curry stations and dessert kitchens buy it by the can, and the outer carton holds 24.

Use the can in a Thai-style curry, in a soup or a sauce, and in a coconut dessert. Shake or stir before you measure, the way you always do with coconut milk. One can is a small batch. A busy station goes through the carton.

You are buying one can unless you take the outer of 24. Check the label for ingredients, allergens and storage before you write it into a recipe. Keep unopened cans with the dry store.
