Monin Sauce Pump for 1.89LTR Bottle - 1 Piece

A sauce pump, one piece, made to fit Monin's 1.89 litre sauce bottles. It is the fitting a barista screws onto caramel, chocolate, or white chocolate mocha sauce so each press is a portion, not a guess from a tilted jug.

Cafes put it on the sauce station. Hotel coffee setups use it for the same reason: the sauce is thick, and free-pouring it makes one mocha heavy and the next one thin. Cloud kitchens use it when more than one person is on the machine and the recipe has to match.

It is a spare or a first pump, sold as a single piece. There is no flavour in it. Keep it with the 1.89 litre sauces, not with the 700ml syrup pumps, which are a different fit.
