Calrose rice, 10kg. Sunwhite. Medium grain, sticky enough for sushi and still fine as a daily rice. A restaurant sack.

A sushi counter seasons it. Korean rice, donburi, and onigiri use it. Don't rinse away the starch if you need the grains to hold. This is not a floral long-grain and not basmati. Match it to the menu that asked for it.

Keep it cool and dry, and seal the bag. Ten kilos is a kitchen sack. A home kitchen rarely needs this much unless rice is on the table every day. Don't leave the sack open in a damp store.
