Parboiled long-grain rice, 2kg. Golden Sail. Steamed in the husk before milling, so the grains cook separate and fluffy, not sticky. An everyday household bag for pilaf and rice plates.

A home kitchen cooks it as the daily rice. A small restaurant can use 2kg for a side of plain rice or a pilaf. Don't buy it for sushi. It will not stick the way a short grain does. Rinse if you like, but the grain is already built to stay apart.
