Ajmal Basmati Gold XXXL, a 38kg bag. Extra-long grain steam basmati that cooks fluffy and smells like basmati should. Restaurants, catering kitchens and anyone cooking rice by the tray buy this sack, not a small bag.

The grains are handled so the length and the taste stay consistent, which is what you want when the same biryani or plain rice goes out all week. You portion from the sack. A household does not lift 38kg for dinner.

Keep the bag sealed, cool and dry. Treat it as a store-room pack. Cook it the way you already cook long-grain basmati.
