This is a 1.5KG pack of Japanese gari in the white (uncoloured) version — thinly-sliced pickled young ginger without added pink colouring, the more natural-looking variant preferred by some chefs and operators. Same role and flavour profile as pink gari: the palate cleanser served alongside sushi. Sold under the GGFT name.
