Use it for Nigiri sushi, the classic Edomae preparation, Sashimi presentations, premium sushi bar and omakase service, and Japanese seafood platters.

Keep it frozen at -18°C. Thaw it in the fridge before you use it. Do not freeze it again once it has thawed. Allergens on the pack: Shellfish. At home it is the same pack, finished over a few meals rather than one service.
