XO Rice Stick 10MM - 375G

Wide rice sticks, 10mm, 375g. XO cuts them broad for pad see ew, beef chow fun, and any stir-fry that wants a noodle you can see. The chew is the point. They are naturally gluten-free. Check the pack before you promise that.

Soak or boil as the pack says, then straight into a hot wok. A soup or a cold noodle salad can use them too. 375g is a retail pack a small Asian kitchen cooks one pan from. Don't soak the whole bag if you only need a portion. Wet rice noodles clump and sour.

Keep the dry pack sealed. Broken sticks in the bottom of the bag are still usable in a soup. A stir-fry wants the long ones.
