Salmon roe, 200g. This is a 200G pack of salmon roe (ikura) — large, glistening orange-red pearls with a rich, buttery pop and clean oceanic flavour. Ikura is one of the most prized sushi toppings, prepared Japan-style in a light soy marinade for authentic depth of flavour. Customer can also choose to order 1 Box, which contains 4 Pieces of 200G Ikura (Total 800G in 1 Box). Sold under the GGFT name.

Use it for ikura gunkan maki (battleship sushi), the classic preparation, Sushi and sashimi platters, Chirashi and donburi rice bowls, and fine dining garnish and plating.

Keep it frozen at -18°C. Thaw it in the fridge before you use it. Consume promptly once thawed. Do not freeze it again once it has thawed. Allergens on the pack: Fish, soy. A home kitchen can keep the same pack and work through it over the week.

Questions We Get Asked

Do you sell tobiko and masago?

Yes. There's tobiko from Daiei (Japan) and GGFT in several colours, and GGFT masago in red and orange, mostly in 500g packs.

Is any of it sashimi grade?

The GGFT Sea Urchin Uni is labelled sashimi grade and ready to eat. For everything else, check the product page and the pack before serving it raw.

Do you have frozen edamame?

Yes, GGFT Peeled Edamame (1kg) and GGFT Edamame in the shell with salt (500g).

Can I make my own gyoza?

Yes. Tokyo Gyoza Wrappers from Japan come 24 to a pack, and Tokyo Wonton Wrappers 30 to a pack.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 6am and we'll deliver the same day where available. Delivery in Dubai is free on orders over AED 150. You can also collect from the GGFT warehouse in Dubai Investment Park 2, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
