Ramen noodles, 1kg per pack. This is a 1KG pack of frozen Japanese ramen noodles — the wavy, springy noodles that define proper Japanese ramen. The wavy texture grips the broth and gives ramen its signature mouthfeel. Frozen for shelf life and consistency. Sold under the GGFT name.

Use them for tonkotsu, shoyu, miso, and shio ramen, tsukemen dipping noodle preparations, yakisoba and pan-fried noodle dishes, and Asian fusion noodle bowls.

Keep it frozen at -18°C. Cook from frozen in boiling water. Do not freeze it again once it has thawed. Allergens on the pack: Wheat (gluten); may contain egg — verify pack.

Questions We Get Asked

Do you sell tobiko and masago?

Yes. There's tobiko from Daiei (Japan) and GGFT in several colours, and GGFT masago in red and orange, mostly in 500g packs.

Is any of it sashimi grade?

The GGFT Sea Urchin Uni is labelled sashimi grade and ready to eat. For everything else, check the product page and the pack before serving it raw.

Do you have frozen edamame?

Yes, GGFT Peeled Edamame (1kg) and GGFT Edamame in the shell with salt (500g).

Can I make my own gyoza?

Yes. Tokyo Gyoza Wrappers from Japan come 24 to a pack, and Tokyo Wonton Wrappers 30 to a pack.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 6am and we'll deliver the same day where available. Delivery in Dubai is free on orders over AED 150. You can also collect from the GGFT warehouse in Dubai Investment Park 2, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
