Safi Pure Corn Oil PET - 1.5LTR

Corn oil, 1.5 litres. Safi packs a neutral oil with a high smoke point, for frying, baking, and dressings when you don't want the oil to taste of anything. The PET bottle is a retail size a small kitchen also burns through.

Deep frying, pan frying, bread doughs, salad dressings, and marinades all take it. A foodservice pan that needs a neutral fat uses the same bottle until the job grows into a tin. Cap it between services.

Keep it out of the sun. Corn oil in a clear bottle on a window ledge will taste old before the litre is gone. 1.5 litres is a working bottle, not a pallet of fryer oil.
