Raspberry tea syrup, 1 litre, from Monin. Tea and raspberry in the same bottle, for an iced tea program that does not want to brew, cool, and then flavour. One pour, and the glass tastes like raspberry tea.
Cafes put it on the cold-drink menu. Bubble tea uses it as a base. Mocktails use it when the drink should taste of iced tea and berry, not of raspberry syrup dropped into water.
A litre stays out where iced tea is a real menu item, not a special. At home it makes a jug and leaves plenty for the next one. Refrigerate it after opening so the flavour holds.
