About Tate & Lyle

Tate & Lyle sugars and golden syrup

Tate & Lyle is the British sugar name most home bakers know from the yellow and green packs. We carry caster sugar, icing sugar, light and dark brown sugar and demerara, all in 500g packs, plus Golden Syrup in the 454g tin.

For bakeries there's caster sugar in a 25kg sack, and the 500g lines also come in packs of 5 and 10. Order by 6am for same-day delivery, and Dubai delivery is free over AED 150. Running a bakery or café? Our trade site, fnb.addtocart.ae, has trade pricing for business accounts.

Questions We Get Asked

Which Tate & Lyle sugar is best for cakes?

Caster sugar. It's finer than granulated, so it creams into butter quickly for sponges and meringues. Icing sugar is for frosting and dusting.

What's the difference between light and dark brown sugar?

Dark brown has more molasses, so it's richer and stickier. Light brown is milder and suits cookies and everyday baking.

Do you sell Tate & Lyle in bulk?

Yes. Caster sugar comes in a 25kg sack, and the 500g packs come in 5s and 10s.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 6am and we'll deliver the same day where available. We deliver Monday to Saturday to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, and delivery in Dubai is free on orders over AED 150. You can also collect from the GGFT warehouse in Dubai Investment Park 2, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
