Super Choice Jasmine Rice - 4.54KG

Jasmine rice, 4.54kg. Super Choice. Long-grain Thai jasmine, with the floral smell and a slightly sticky cook. The bag is about 10lb. A family kitchen can use it, and so can a small Asian restaurant.

Serve it with a Thai curry. A Vietnamese or Cambodian menu uses the same rice. Stir-fries and rice bowls sit on it. An Asian restaurant runs it as the daily rice. Don't rinse it to death if you want the aroma to stay in the pot.

Keep it cool and dry, and reseal the bag. 4.54kg is more than a 1kg supermarket pouch and less than a 20kg biryani sack. A hotel banquet does not run a whole function off one bag. Close it against moisture. Jasmine goes stale and musty if the bag sits open.
