Paradise Corn Flour - 400G

Cornflour, 400g. Paradise is a fine starch for thickening and for a lighter fry coat. Mix it with cold water first. Dump it into a boiling pot and you will make lumps you cannot whisk out.

Sauces, gravies, soups, custards, pie fillings, and a stir-fry sauce all take a slurry. Fried chicken and a tempura-style coat crisp up with it. Cakes and batters use a little to lighten the crumb. The starch is gluten-free as a thickener in place of wheat flour. Check the pack before you print that.
