Nadec Full Cream, Long Life Milk - 12 X 1LTR

Full-cream long-life milk, 12 cartons of 1 litre. UHT, so the case sits in a dry store until you open a carton. The milk is whole, which is what a cafe wants in a latte and what a pastry kitchen wants in a batter.

Cappuccino, flat white and masala chai take it. Hotel breakfast and the pastry section pour from the same litre. Cream sauces, soups and home-style cooking use it once the carton is open. A household can take one litre. The case is what the cafe stores.

Cool and dry before opening. After opening, refrigerate and use within 5 days. It contains milk. Do not leave an open carton on the coffee bench overnight.
