Monin Red Berries Fruit Mix Puree - 1LTR

Red berries puree, 1 litre, from Monin, made in Malaysia, in the Fruit Mix range. Strawberry, raspberry, and other red berries, with real pulp. It is a blend, so it does not taste like one berry the way the straight strawberry or raspberry purees do.

Berry smoothies and smoothie bowls are the obvious use. Frappés and milkshakes take it when the board says mixed berry. Cocktails and mocktails use it for fruit body. Lemonades, iced teas, and dessert sauces take a spoon when the colour should be red and the flavour should be more than one fruit.

A litre is a blender-station bottle. At home it covers breakfast bowls for a while. Refrigerate it after opening.
