Kimball Tomato Ketchup - 325G

Tomato ketchup, 325g, Malaysian style. A touch sweeter than the American bottle, which is how Malaysian, Singaporean and other Asian tables expect ketchup to taste.

A small restaurant and a home kitchen both use the 325g. Fries and a casual plate take it. The recipe is not the Heinz one. Do not swap them on a menu that names a brand.

Cool and dry, then the fridge after opening. The bottle is a household and small-kitchen size. A high-output fryer still wants a bigger pack or sachets. Shake it. If it has sat, the first squeeze is watery.
