Aurora Chicken Breast, Boneless & Skinless - 6 X 2KG

Boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen, six bags of 2kg. Twelve kilos in the carton. The breasts are individually quick frozen, so you can pull the pieces you need. Halal on the pack. Check the current carton before you sell it as halal.

A sandwich line grills or fries them. Shawarma, kebabs and tikka take the same breast. Schnitzel and breaded cutlets, Caesar and other salads, pasta and grain bowls, and a banquet kitchen all portion from the carton.

Keep it at -18°C. Thaw in the fridge. Do not refreeze it once it has thawed. A home freezer does not want twelve kilos. A restaurant that plates chicken every service does.
