Alfa Pure Corn Oil PET - 1.5LTR

Corn oil, 1.5 litres. Alfa refines it so the taste stays neutral and the smoke point stays high enough for frying. No cholesterol, and the oil is rich in unsaturated fat. The PET bottle is the size a family kitchen and a small fryer both finish.

Deep frying, shallow frying, sautéing, stir-fries, baking, and dressings all take it. You pick it when the oil should not taste of olives or of coconut. Cap it. Heat and air make a neutral oil taste like the fryer.

1.5 litres is a working bottle, not a 17 litre tin. Keep it away from the stove when you are not pouring. Plastic and heat are a bad pair, and so is a bottle with no cap.
