Use it for nasi goreng, mie goreng and kwetiau, and as the base of a satay marinade or a dip. Braise ayam kecap or semur in it. Glaze grilled chicken, fish or ribs. Mix a spoon with shallot and chilli for tahu goreng, or gloss a stir-fry, a burger or a barbecue marinade. The sauce coats. It does not vanish into the pan.
