Omega Burghol White - 1KG

White bulgur, 1kg. Parboiled cracked wheat, the fine pale grade. Tabbouleh is the salad. Kibbeh is the meat-and-grain dish. A pilaf, a stuffing for vegetables or grape leaves, and a Middle Eastern menu all start from this bag.

It contains gluten. The kilo suits a restaurant and a home cook who makes tabbouleh for a table, not a teaspoon of it.

Cool and dry, bag sealed. Rinse or soak it the way the dish asks. Fine bulgur does not need the same boil as rice. Fine white burghol soaks up dressing. Do not drown the tabbouleh.
