Omega Almond Powder - 1KG

Almond powder, 1kg. Fine ground almonds, the flour a pastry kitchen uses for macarons, for gluten-free baking, and for marzipan. It contains almonds. Ground almond has no gluten of its own. Check the pack if you need that in writing.

Almond cakes and biscuits take it. Middle Eastern desserts and Indian sweets use it when the recipe is nut, not wheat. A low-carb bake uses the same bag. The kilo suits a small pastry section and a home baker who actually makes macarons.

Cool and dry, sealed. Ground nuts go off faster than whole ones. Smell the bag before you bake a full batch.
