Wild mint syrup, 1 litre, Monin, from France. This is the stronger mint, a more intense herbaceous profile than the green mint. Mojitos take it, and so do the mint lemonades a pool bar sells by the jug.

Bars reach for it when a cocktail should taste of that stronger herb. Iced tea gets a short pour. Mint chocolate drinks and dessert sauces use the same bottle when the kitchen wants the herb to show.
