Toasted marshmallow syrup, 700ml, from Monin in France. It tastes like a marshmallow that has been over the fire: sweet, a little burnt, the s'mores note, not a plain white marshmallow fluff.

Hot chocolate is the main cafe use, then a toasted marshmallow latte. S'mores drinks and desserts take it. Frappés and milkshakes get a pump when the board is in a campfire mood. Pastry uses it as a sauce on the same idea.
