Coffee syrup, 700ml, Monin, from France. It tastes of espresso, and it is there for drinks that are not already coffee. A milkshake does not need a shot pulled; it needs this. The same is true of a dessert sauce or a mocktail that should taste of coffee.

Bars use it to build an espresso-martini style drink without relying on a fresh shot, especially on a mocktail list. Cafes pour it into coffee frappés, into mocha for extra depth, and into tiramisu-style sauces and coffee ice cream mixes. Bubble tea counters use it as a coffee base.
