Asian lemongrass syrup, 700ml, Monin, made in Malaysia. It is alcohol-free. The flavour is the clean, citrus side of lemongrass, with a light floral note and a ginger-like edge underneath, which is how the leaf tastes when it is not cooked into a curry.
