Lamb Weston Onion Rings - 6 X 1KG

Onion rings, frozen, a case of 6 bags at 1kg. Lamb Weston batters them so the ring fries up the same shape every time. Burger bars, pubs, and casual dining drop them as a side. You are not peeling onions for this.

Appetiser platters, combo meals, catering, and a barbecue side all take the same ring. Fry from frozen. A thawed ring sheds its batter in the oil, and then the fryer is full of crumbs.

6kg is a restaurant case. Keep it frozen. Don't stack the bags somewhere they thaw and refreeze. The coating cracks, and the portion you sell looks tired.
