Campagna Peeled Tomato, Italy - 2.55KG

Campagna peeled tomatoes, a 2.55kg can. Whole peeled Italian tomatoes in juice, for kitchens that cook sauce in volume. Pizzerias and restaurants open the can for pizza sauce, pasta sauce and braises.

Use them for pizza and pasta sauces, tomato soups, braises, stews, focaccia and other Mediterranean tomato dishes. Crush them to the texture you want. The can is the batch, not a single portion.

Store it cool and dry before opening, and refrigerate after. 2.55kg is a kitchen can. A home pasta for two does not need a tin this size unless you are cooking ahead.
