Campagna Instant Lasagna, Italy - 500G

Lasagna sheets, 500g, the no-boil kind. Layer them straight into the pan. They take moisture from the sauce while the dish bakes, so you skip the pot of water and the stuck sheets.

A family lasagna and a small Italian kitchen both use this pack. Sauce has to be loose enough for the sheets to soften. If the ragù is stiff, the centre stays dry.

The 500g is a household and small-kitchen size. Durum wheat, gluten in the pack. Cool and dry, bag closed. You do not refrigerate dried sheets.
