Bayara Thyme - 500G

A Mediterranean and a French pan use it on meat, in a stew, and on roast vegetables. A Levantine kitchen uses it where thyme belongs in the blend. A home cook can keep 500g only if they cook with it often. Otherwise it is a kitchen bag.

Keep it cool, dry, and out of the sun, and seal it. Crush it as it goes into the pot. Don't store it over the grill. The leaf goes dull and dusty if the bag stays open.
