DESCRIPTION :

Kamaboko is made from a puree of steamed and pressed white fish. Commonly used are in Japanese noodle soups, it is also gaining demand from high street fast food restaurants. Japanese serve kamaboko to celebrate an event as it is believed white and red bring good luck.
