DESCRIPTION :

This is the shredded chili pepper cut into about 0.5mm thickness, like thread. Select red chili peppers are used to bring out the spiciness and color.  As it is thinner than a regular shredded chili pepper, it can be used to decorate Chinese noodles, Sushi, salad, delicatessen bread and soups as well as to add hot flavor.
